Franchise Fee – ₹4,00,000 (One-time)

A one-time, non-refundable franchise fee covers brand licensing, initial setup guidance, training, and access to RK Waffles' proven business systems and operational playbook.

Security Deposit – ₹50,000 (Refundable)

A refundable security deposit is collected at the time of agreement signing. This amount will be returned upon successful completion and termination of the franchise agreement, subject to compliance with all terms.

Royalty – 5% of Monthly Sales

A monthly royalty of 5% on net sales is applicable. This contributes to ongoing brand marketing, product innovation, operational support, and continuous franchise development.

Purchase Policy – Approved Supplies Only

All ingredients, packaging, and branded materials must be purchased exclusively from RK Waffles or our approved supplier network. This ensures consistent quality and brand standards across all outlets.

Quality & Hygiene Standards

Franchisees must strictly adhere to RK Waffles' quality, hygiene, and food safety guidelines. Regular audits may be conducted to ensure compliance with brand standards.

Reporting & Transparency

Monthly sales reports, inventory logs, and financial statements must be shared with RK Waffles management. Transparent reporting ensures mutual growth and brand integrity.

Brand Ownership & Protection

All trademarks, logos, recipes, and brand assets remain the exclusive property of RK Waffles. Franchisees are granted usage rights only for the duration of the active agreement.

Agreement Duration – 5 Years

The franchise agreement is valid for 5 years from the date of signing. Renewal is subject to mutual consent, compliance history, and updated terms at the time of renewal.

Termination Policy

RK Waffles reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of breach of quality standards, unauthorized sourcing, royalty non-payment, or any activity that damages the brand reputation. A 30-day notice period will be provided except in cases of severe violations.

Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. Amicable resolution is preferred, but legal proceedings if necessary will follow local laws.
